Sales Manager

The Role & Key Responsibilities

This role will be responsible for execution and development of sales plans for AB Agri products. As a successful candidate you will maintain customer relationships and seek new sales opportunities. As a part of the role you will also support the implementation of marketing plans and build a positive image of the company in the market.

You’ll be responsible for: 
Identifying and developing potential new customers in an agreed territory.
Working with the existing clients to maintain and grow current accounts through successful identification of client nutritional needs and commercial requirements.
Working closely with teams in Poland and the UK and feeding back accurate technical information from the clients to the technical team.

What we’re looking for: 

Practical experience in swine production.
Previous experience in business development and account management within a similar business setting.
Excellent organisational skills.
Good understanding and knowledge of the swine feed market.
