Process Data Manager - Cupar, Scotland

AB Connect offers nutrition and feed manufacture expertise through a range of businesses to help farmers, producers and businesses all along UK food and farming supply chain. Based in Peterborough (UK), AB Connect is part of AB Agri, an animal nutrition and agricultural services business, part of Associated British Foods plc.

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Cupar, Scotland feed mill for a Process Data Management Lead (PDM). This job really owns the stock data at site and enables us to input, interpret and analyse it, to ensure we make high quality and safe feed. You will be supporting the site management team in a range of tasks to achieve legal compliance, optimum throughput, effective information flow, feed safety, and a safe working environment.

Ideally you will come from data background, have a keen eye for detail and the ability to follow processes. It would be beneficial to come from a Agricultural or FMCG background however not essential. We are looking for the right person to join the team, having the correct attitude to work with discipline and drive is most important.

If you have the following, it will greatly benefit your application.
- Comfortable manipulating systems based data.
- Able to organise and undertake weekly stock count to reconcile product usage with stock.
- Competent to make recommendations from feed analysis and yield management to optimise raw material usage.
- Able to support the site management team in a variety of tasks to achieve legal compliance, optimum throughout and minimise downtime.
- Confident working with detailed information.
-Able to work independently, while juggling priorities.
- Familiar with an ERP system.
- Willing to continuously improve your work and yourself.
