Job Title: National Sales Manager - Game

As the National Sales Manager you will be responsible for running the Sportsman Game business within AB Connect and working with key stakeholders across AB Agri to drive delivery of the Agri 360 Game strategy.  

You’ll be responsible for: 
Developing and delivering sales plans to support our Game strategy.
Co-ordinating the Game account management team.
Work with the Technical and Quality team.
Engaging with business improvement initiatives around the areas of forecasting, pricing processes, portfolio rationalisation, service flexibility, KPIs, technical performance data and on farm health and safety.
Taking a leading role in identifying opportunities to raise AB Connect’s industry profile as the supplier of choice.

Willingness to challenge with clarity and insight. 
Ability to lead the team to deliver business goals.
Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to participate in cross functional initiatives that support the delivery of wider AB Connect/ AB Agri business goals.
