The Role & Key Responsibilities

Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator

Location: Hybrid (home based with occasional travel to the office)

This role is very fast paced, and no day is the same. You will work closely as a customer service team to provide KW Customers with high class customer service.

You will also have product area responsibility, working as part of a team to ensure the administration and delivery of products meet customer expectations.

You’ll be responsible for: 
 
• Responsibility for Admin Tasks including new account set up, complaint recording, silage analysis, credit limit reviews and additional as required
• Pricing Trafford Gold Contracts Monthly for Aligned sales areas
• Being the first point of contact for all Inbound calls into the office
• Pre-emption of Merchant and Group Orders
• Updating and recording Customer information on CRM
• Answering customer queries
• Complaint Handling
