You’ll be responsible for:

  • Ensuring that all opportunities to sell available feedstocks are converted into sales whilst maximising contribution through targeting the most profitable customers and potential customers.

  • Developing strong customer relationships and be able to offer and promote a range of products and services in line with customer requirements and the Amur business strategy.
  • Maintaining and developing cross channel relationships to ensure that agreed volumes and contracts are being actioned and serviced in line with agreed cross channel allocations and targets.
  • Adhering to and helping implement improvements in business sales processes, contract management and waste legislation, transportation and compliance in line with business objectives.
  • Maintaining and growing the customer base by telephone for sales of feedstocks with particular focus on maximising volumes and contribution potential by account, specifically (but not exclusively) within the following areas:

    • Retention and growth of existing customer accounts
    • Focus on ‘Product Mix’ targets
    • Ad hoc product marketing campaigns
    • Lapsed and new customer prospecting
    • Timely management of Sales Opportunities

What we’re looking for:
