The Role & Key Responsibilities

Job Title: Office Administrator

Location: Randalstown

Shift details: 8.30am -5pm, Monday - Friday. 

The team at AB Agri, Randalstown are working towards being the leading ruminant service provider in the market.

This role is an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to join a dynamic and ambitious team. The Office Administrator will report to the Site Manager and will work under the support and guidance of the Office Supervisor.  This is a great opportunity for an experienced Administrator looking for a new role or for someone looking for their first Administrator role where they will receive lots of support, training and encouragement. 

Representation of AB Agri values to deliver market leading customer service to GB&I customer base.

Customer centric focus in all activities to ensure a uniformed customer experience.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

Customer Service

  • Processing customer orders and managing the customers expectations on delivery lead times.
  • Ensuring all documentation and records are up-to-date and accurately maintained on the ERP system and the online folders.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
  • Contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the office, including but not limited to; processing invoices, updating price lists, resolving customer queries.

    Finance

  • Clearing down received POs to ensure supplier payments are made each month.
  • Invoicing customers daily.
  • Processing credits when required. Working closely with Finance team to ensure correct processes are followed.

    Customs

  • Gain an understanding of the Global Supply Chain and organising the movement of product in respect of AB Agri’s AEO status.
  • Working alongside Office Supervisor and Site Manager to process all relevant orders, ensuring compliance with HMRC Customs requirements and guidelines.

    Team

  • Providing support and contributing towards GB&I Team activities including team meetings and ad hoc projects.
  • Providing support to the Office Supervisor and Site Manager during Audits

  • Experience of a customer service role
