Job Title: Quality Compliance & Accreditation Manager (Agricultural Feed Industry)

Location: Hybrid home and site based - UK South Region.  Ideally Midlands for easy access to our sites.

If so we need you! We are looking for someone who has experience of the auditing process, both completing audits and facilitating them. You need to be able to understand and apply HACCP as well as be able to train people. This role will consist of equal time onsite and working from home.   

The Role:

• Working as part of a very friendly and knowledgeable QA Team you will be responsible for Feed Safety compliance of manufacturing sites and trading operations, through the provision and facilitation of auditing, training, customer complaint management and delivery of general QA assurance. 
• Ensuring that all manufacturing sites in the Southern UK region and associated trading businesses comply with the feed law, relevant feed assurance schemes and in line with our business standards. 
•  You will be an individual who can develop effective communication and influencing skills. Can challenge and support the business in a compelling and understandable way to people with a wide range of quality assurance knowledge.  

Your key responsibilities will include: 

• Undertaking internal auditing and the facilitation and management of external audit process.
• Collation of data to demonstrate adherence to business Feed Safety standards. 
• Support the maintenance and development of business sites HACCP & TACCP studies. 
• Ensuring that staff are trained in feed and food safety and legislative compliance matters. 
• Assist in complaint and CAPA process investigation. 

What we're looking for:

• Auditing experience is an essential requirement.  A formal qualification in auditing would be beneficial but we can provide training. 
•  Involvement with and experience of HACCP process. 
• Experience gained in animal feed manufacturing would be adventitious, but not essential, knowing feed /production environment. 
•  An individual who can communicate and influence key stakeholders and can challenge and support the business with a wide range of quality assurance knowledge. Will be able to instil confidence and trust with their knowledge and capability.
