Job Title: Enterprise PMO Lead
Location: Hybrid - home working/site project lead
Have you got experience of running, managing, or setting up a PMO function within a business or as part of a large programme? If so, join our project team and help us improve process across several of our business!
As our PMO Lead on our Enterprise Project, you will have ownership for defining the PMO activities required for successful implementation and adoption of the technology and business change. You will have overall responsibility of the PMO framework and will define and communicate this across the project team working closely with our Programme Manager to ensure that a fully integrated plan including supplier activity is maintained with clear timelines and expectations effectively communicated.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Establishing processes for
- Maintaining and updating project plans
- Reporting into governance meetings
- Risk management, mitigations and escalations
- Tracking financials
- Tracking resourcing
- Supporting to develop inputs for reporting and governance channels
- Support with facilitating the outcomes of key programme meetings
- Support the set-up and coordination of workshops and senior stakeholder engagements.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to have responsibility of a PMO function across the Programme, including management of reporting, governance, budgetary control and resourcing to support us with bringing in consistency and improve the ways of working, systems and technology to a number of our people in multiple business who historically have operated in silos.
To be successful we are looking for the following skills, knowledge and experience:
- Understanding of PMO frameworks in large programmes or multi-business organisations
- Ability to set and manage priorities, resourcing, financial control and programme goals
- Some understanding of Manufacturing Processes in a FMCG or Feed business
- Some understanding of systems and ERP technology
- Clear effective communicator at all levels of the business

Location
This is a Hybrid role so you will have a mix of working from home as well as coming to sites to meet project leads which could include Peterborough as the main head office, other UK manufacturing sites as well as Spain, Poland and Denmark therefore ability to travel is essential to meet the project needs.
