The Role & Key Responsibilities

Job Title: Enterprise Change Lead

Location: Hybrid - home working/site project lead

Have you got experience of defining a change management strategy/process as part of a large change project, ideally across a multi-site scale, over multiple business or internationally? If so, join our project team and help us improve process across several of our business!

Our Enterprise Project will run across multiple business in at least 4 different countries and as our Change Lead you will have ownership for the change and communication strategy as we upgrade our business systems including the replacement of ERP systems. You will deliver a comprehensive change strategy that supports the implementation of the systems while defining the engagement approach, communications plan, end user readiness, training and sustainability for an overall successful project delivery while supporting 1 direct report.

The project will impact a number of people across our business with challenges of older technology and historic ways of working therefore you will have responsibility for defining the change impact assessments, planning the approach, communication plans at all levels of the business from operative to senior leaders while developing and executing action plans and reporting risk/updates to wider project team, therefore excellent communication, ability to influence and drawing on previous experiences will be key to success in this role.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to bring their skills of delivering change projects to support us to bring in consistency and improve the ways of working, systems and technology to a number of our people in multiple business who historically have operated in silos.

To be successful we are looking for the following skills, knowledge and experience:

  • Previous experience/extensive change management knowledge
  • Clear, impactful communicator who is engaging and passionate
  • Understanding of engagement frameworks in a multi business approach
  • Experience of change projects for consistency over multi business ideally across UK and Europe.
  • Collaborative working approach
  • Ability to operate with a high level of autonomy within a project team.
  • Flexible approach to support both UK and International needs

Location

This is a Hybrid role so you will have a mix of working from home as well as coming to sites to meet project leads which could include Peterborough as the main head office, other UK manufacturing sites as well as Spain, Poland and Denmark therefore ability to travel is essential to meet the project needs.
