The Role & Key Responsibilities

Job Title: Export Coordinator – Supply Chain/Logistics

Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands/Home – Hybrid 50:50 working

You will be responsible for managing orders from receipt into our systems to order delivery to agreed timelines from order received, invoices generated and processing orders for export for our EMEA customers. You will coordinate with supply chain teams for container or truck shipments, generating and gathering all required documentation while keeping customers and other relevant stakeholders for the status of their orders. 

You will need to have a proactive approach with the ability to prioritise incoming workloads with the ability to action request in a timely manner, logistics can move quickly therefore ability to pick up queries to ensure our customers receive their goods will be essential to this role.

To be successful in this role some of the things we are looking for:

  • We’re a diverse team who support international customers so English is our business language. For this role to support our regions we are looking for someone that is fluent in French or Arabic
  • Relevant professional qualification and/or suitable supply chain experience with exporting processes
  • Experience of working with Export documentation ideally by Road and Sea
  • Understanding ERP systems for managing orders and processing invoices
  • Customs and International VAT experience would be desirable but not essential

Please note internally this role is known as EMEA – Export Coordinator. Due to the way Netherlands recruits this role is initially a 12-month Fixed Term Contract

If you want to be in the hard of Rotterdam then this location is for you. Our Rotterdam office is based next to Rotterdam Centraal in a beautiful modern office block on the 30th floor. The office offers stunning views over the city with shops and local amenities on the doorstep, excellent transport links with the building offering restaurant capabilities a gym and supplied refreshments on the office floor. 

We are looking for a 50:50 split of home and office hybrid working over a 2-week period (week 1: 2 in 3 home, week 2: 3 in 2 home) subject to business needs.
