The Role & Key Responsibilities

Job Title: Marketing Manager  

Location: Home Based/Flexible USA

You will support our central marketing team in developing global marketing initiatives covering products, services and market intelligence while implementing those initiatives into our North American Markets (NAM). The role will be critical in growing the NAM business by supporting services in our monogastric and ruminant sectors while working closely with our commercial teams to support sales growth and providing input on strategic input for new and existing product launches and marketing campaigns.

You will have the opportunity to use your knowledge and experience of best practice and attractive marketing solutions to support us with our vision and mission for the future by delivering market intelligence, business analysis and taking this information turning it into actionable ideas to our sales team. Another key part of this role will be taking the lead on supporting, planning and coordinating all marketing activities for NAM events ensuring that they align with the AB Vista strategic plan.

To be successful in this role some of the things we are looking for:

  • Significant marketing experience including supporting new and existing products and launching new products to market
  • Understanding of reporting data from marketing systems
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a scientific, Marketing or Commercial discipline
  • Experience of the animal nutrition sector is desirable
  • Experience in Power BI and market databases would be desired
  • Experience in preparing, monitoring and managing budgets would be desired

Location

This role will be a remote opportunity and we are flexible on location for the right person You will on occasion be required to travel to other business or group sites.
