The Role & Key Responsibilities

Job Title: Office Based Account Manager

Location: Sherburn-In-Elmet - Hybrid working

 

We are looking for a talented sales professional / relationship manager with a proven track record in B2B AND B2C telephone account management.  Working as part of an experienced and collaborative team you will be responsible for winning new business and managing existing customer relationships in your allocated area.

This is a dynamic and varied role where you will be required to drive performance and brand awareness in the marketplace.  If you have experience in developing key relationships with a customer-centric approach, a tenacious attitude and are seeking an opportunity in the world’s largest industry then look no further.

 

You'll be responsible for:

  • Selling and promoting our wide portfolio of products over the phone.
  • Being the main telephone contact between us and your aligned accounts.
  • All commercial aspects regarding account management.
  • New business generation.
  • Developing strong industry relationships to ensure KW continues to raise its profile.
  • Achieving both individual and team targets.

 

We're looking for:

You don't need to have everything on this list, but the type of skill, knowledge and experience we're considering includes:

  • Experience and a credible track record working in sales over the telephone.
  • Analytical mindset, with good commercial experience
  • An interest in agriculture or previous experience working in the agriculture sector would be advantageous.
  • Experience developing relationships with customers.
