Job Title: Senior FP&A Analyst

Location: Peterborough/Home – Hybrid working

Are you a commercially focused FP&A Analyst looking for an opportunity to be part of a key area of strategic growth? If so, join us in this newly created position.

We have combined a number of our businesses to build a Global Dairy division and to come and help support the growth of this we are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst. You will work with existing and new businesses some of which will come from M&A activity to standardise approach, define data, and build processes for reporting this in the most appropriate way, providing clear and accurate information to a variety of stakeholders at all levels. You will also provide support for future M&A activity and long-term planning.

One of your biggest challenges will be consolidating and evaluating data from a number of different sources and turning this into clear, concise management information.  Therefore, the ability to work with ambiguity while providing guidance and insight on what data is required to evaluate the business, whilst influencing senior stakeholders to deliver consistency will be key to success in this role. To be successful in this role we are looking for the following:

  • Qualified accountant
  • Precious experience of working with complex financial models
  • Solid understanding of balance sheet, profit & loss, and cash flow statements
  • Experience with business intelligence tools would be desired.
  • Ability to work at speed and adapt to changing demands and priorities with a strong desire to learn new things
  • Strong organisation skills and high attention to detail
