The Role & Key Responsibilities

Job Title: Global Lean Manager

Location: SmigielPoland (Flexibility with location but need to speak English)

50% Travel to AB Neo sites
 

We have an exciting new opening to join the AB Neo team as a Global Lean Manager, working with our 4 sites across Poland, Spain, Denmark and the UK. The key focus of the role is to advance the Lean Transformation of the busines and work closely with the Supply Chain Director. 

What will you be responsible for?

  • Define and create the Neo Lean System, an integral structured and standardized production and management system that enables us to develop our own work attitude and culture, based on Kaizen (or continuous improvement), philosophy of productivity improvement. It should include tools and techniques designed to contribute to the progress of every Neo employee and to the success of the division.
  • Drive lean transformation within manufacturing processes to improve process quality and create capacity by reducing cycle time, inventory, and waste.
  • Be a champion of Kaizen that impacts product flow, production to TAKT, and inventory turns.
  • Driving the Lean implementation across 4 sites, with a focus on OEE, waste reduction, breakdown reduction and innovation.
  • Being a true champion and influencer of lean across the AB Neo business.

  •  A strong trailblazer who is able to influence, communicate and build relationships naturally
  • Experience of project management across multiple locations
  • Ability to coach and drive change with a wide range of stakeholders
  • A background in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing
  • Someone who is inquisitive and seeks to contest the everyday
  • Ideally a project management qualification
