The Role & Key Responsibilities

Job Title: Business Manager/Technical Sales Manager

Location: Philippines, Luzon

Contract and shift details: Permanent, Monday – Friday 37.5hours per week

We’re excited to share an opportunity for an experienced, commercial, sales or technical manager within the Veterinary/Animal Nutrition/Feed sector to join our team in the Philippines to support and promote continued growth in sales and services within the regions location.

Reporting into our Sales Director you will manage the sales and service as the primary liaison to customers and distributors within the Philippines market. You will have responsibility for delivering direct sales while working with the wider ASPAC Technical teams and other key stakeholders to influence strategy to support delivery of our business objectives.

Some of your key accountabilities will include:

  • Accountable for sales within the Philippines
  • Commercial, technical and marketing supporting for key customers and distributors
  • Give input and support implementation of pricing policies
  • Provide feedback on market development and customer needs to steer sales, innovation, R&D
  • Support with product planning both commercial and technical teams
  • Share knowledge within wider ASPAC region or globally

We have the flexibility subject to your experience to offer this position as a Business Manager if your background is more commercial and sales focused or Technical Sales Manager if your background is more targeted around the technical makeup of our products. We are open to both avenues for experience and can support training and development to compliment your experience bias.

To be successful in this role some of the things we are looking for:

  • Education/Qualifications in relevant Veterinary, Agricultural, Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, Enzyme based field with industry experience
  • Good understanding of feed and livestock industry within the Philippines market
  • Commercial acumen with ability to work in a sales environment
  • Full driving licence with ability to travel throughout Philippines approx. 70% travel

Location

For this role we would ideally like someone based on the island of Luzon however would be open to candidates from across the Philippines as long as there was the ability to travel on a regular basis.
