Job Title: Production Team Leader

Location: Walsingham, Norfolk,  UK 

Contract: Permanent / Full time

As a Production Team Leader you will be at the forefront of our operations in Walsingham.  Your primary responsibilities will include managing a skilled production team, ensuring seamless operations, and maintaining our commitment to quality and efficiency.

This shift is a permanent 3-week rotating shift working over a 7-day 24hr shift pattern

Week 1 – Monday – Thursday Nights 6pm-6am

Week 2 – Monday – 6am – 6pm Days, Friday - Sunday Nights 6pm - 6am

Week 3 – Thursday - Sunday 6am-6pm days

Week 4 - Off shift

Responsibilities: (not limited to)

  • Lead and motivate a team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions
  • Promote a culture of safety and ensure that all employees adhere to safety guidelines and protocols
  • Ensure the efficient and timely production of goods while meeting quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain open an effective communication with team members, management, and other departments

About you:

  • Previous experience in a leadership role within a production environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lead by example and inspire a team
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control
  • Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations
