We're delighted to be recruiting for a trailblazing Managing Director to lead our recently formed business division, Global Supplements.

With a relentless commitment to excellence, our Global Supplements division is home to leading brands including NAF 5* and Nutrilabs who specialise in crafting top-quality, highly effective supplements that enhance the lives of equines, pets, and livestock.  The Global Supplements division is a key area of strategic growth for AB Agri with opportunities to expand our portfolio through future M&A and product evolution.

This is a great opportunity for an accomplished leader with a proven track record in the animal nutrition industry to directly contribute to our growth and shape the future of our business.

Developing Growth Strategies: Formulating and executing strategies to expand our presence in new markets and enhance our brand portfolio.

Market Intelligence: Leveraging your industry insights and market data to make informed decisions and maintain our competitive edge.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring adherence to industry regulations and standards, with a focus on health and safety, feed safety, sustainability, and quality assurance.

Leadership: Leading and nurturing a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Strategic Development: Growing and diversifying our product portfolio while effectively managing acquisitions and integration.

Location

Global Supplements is a growing, global division and regular travel will be required.  Current Global Supplements / AB Agri sites that will require regular attendance include: Monmouth UK, Vienna Austria and Peterborough, UK.
