Job Title: Supply Chain Manager ASPAC (Interim)
Location: Singapore
Contract: 12 months- Hybrid
Package includes: Competitive salary and access to flexible benefits that support your development, wellbeing and everyday life.
As an Interim Supply Chain Manager for ASPAC at AB Vista, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end supply chain across the region, including planning, logistics, warehousing, and distribution. Based in Singapore, this 12 month role combines hands-on operational leadership with strategic regional oversight, offering the opportunity to shape and enhance supply chain performance across a dynamic and expanding market. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders—spanning commercial, procurement, finance, quality, regulatory teams, and external suppliers—to ensure continuity, drive efficiency, and strengthen regional alignment in a fast-paced environment. This role presents an excellent opportunity for an experienced supply chain professional to lead regional delivery while working within a truly international and multicultural setting.
What you'll be doing
• Take ownership of the end-to-end supply chain for the ASPAC region, ensuring effective coordination across planning, logistics, warehousing, and supply activities.
• Implement regional supply chain priorities in line with the global supply chain strategy, adapting delivery to local operational needs.
• Lead the operational management of supply chain performance, ensuring issues are identified early and resolved in a timely, practical way.
• Manage a team of direct reports across supply chain coordination, logistics, and operational excellence, providing clear direction and support.
• Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders including global planning, procurement, commercial teams, business managers, quality, regulatory, finance, and external suppliers.
• Oversee supplier and partner interactions relating to logistics and warehousing, including third-party warehouse and logistics providers.
• Support cross-border supply chain activity by ensuring effective handling of international movements and associated operational requirements.
• Contribute to a smooth and responsive regional operation by balancing service, supply continuity, and business priorities across ASPAC.
What you'll bring
• Five to eight years of relevant supply chain experience, with a strong understanding of how different parts of the supply chain connect and influence one another.
• Proven experience in a supply chain environment covering areas such as logistics, warehousing, distribution, planning, or related disciplines.
• Previous people management experience is essential, with the ability to lead teams effectively from the outset in a non-developmental, interim role.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain management, even if your hands-on experience has been deeper in one area than another.
