Utility Operator

The Role & Key Responsibilities
We're looking for a Utility Operator to join our team at ABN Sherburn to work in all areas throughout the production process at our Sherburn Mill. You'll be involved in blending & press operation, quality control, outload operation and raw material intake. 
 
When there is no requirement to cover other jobs, you will provide additional Maintenance & Hygiene support/ assistance. You must be flexible and be willing to be called upon at short notice to cover any job you're trained to do in order to meet the needs of the site. 
 
You must be a team player, having worked in an environment where you've had to support others within their roles, ideally in a production environment where you have been cross trained in multiple areas. 
 
Experience within feed milling operations is essential, as is process control experience. You must have basic IT skills and hold a Forklift Truck licence. Having experience within a quality control environment would support your application. 
 
This role is shift based so flexibility is important, as is having great attention to detail and being an excellent communicator.
