Office Based Account Manager

The Role & Key Responsibilities

A Fantastic opportunity has arisen for a commercially driven Office Based Account Manager, to work as part of a successful sales team within the agricultural sector for a fixed Term as maternity Cover.

KW feeds (part of AB Agri) Leads the way in alternative feeding for both the UK Dairy and Beef sectors.

We are looking for a talented Relationship Manager/ Sales professional with a proven track record in B2B AND B2C Telephone Account management who may want to experience an industry change and join a strong office based sales team in Sherburn-In-Elmet, Leeds.

You'll be responsible for selling and promoting our wide  portfolio of products over the phone and will be the main telephone contact between KW and your aligned accounts within each area. You will be part of an established team including  local field based feed specialists, Technical support and customer support within the South Wales and Lincolnshire areas and will be accountable as a team for the development and management of both existing and new customer Accounts within the UK Dairy and Beef industry.

This is a dynamic and varied role where you will be required to drive performance and brand awareness in the marketplace,

Skills & Experience
  • Demonstrable experience in a B2B / B2C Telesales role.
  • Agricultural Industry knowledge desirable but not essential.
  • Strong Communication and organisation skills.
  • Ability to work alone as a part of a team.
  • Strong Telesales Skills essential.
  • High level of customer service skills.
  • Ability to both prioritise and multi task.
  • Experience of working in a fast paced and varied role.
