Customer Service

The Role & Key Responsibilities
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Services representative to join our KW Feeds business, a leading provider of ruminant feed within the UK.
 
This is a very varied role, where you would be the first point of contact for general customer queries, placing orders and complaints along with dealing with administration tasks for both our office and field based sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Highly customer focused
  • Being the first point of contact for all Inbound calls into the office.

  • Responsibility for Admin Tasks including new account set up, complaint recording, silage analysis, credit limit reviews and additional as required.

  • Pre-emption of all accounts where the FBSS or agent  is the main point of contact.  Adding all DEF orders to the system on a monthly basis to ensure deliveries are made on required forward planned dates where the FBSS or agent  is the main point of contact.

 

 
Skills & Experience

Previous Customer Service Experience.

Experience of managing workload in a fact paced working environment.
 
An ability to work as an individual and as part of a team.
