Service Delivery Coordinator

The Role & Key Responsibilities

Supporting a small business, AB Sustain are looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator to take responsibility for the system administration, maintenance and operation of critical business systems and processes within AB Sustain. This role is offered on a fixed term basis (9 months maternity cover) in an exciting area of our business. 

 

The Service Delivery Coordinator role includes managing critical business data, producing key reports and dealing with System related customer issues and requests. You'll produce business reports, ensuring they are issued on time and in-line with contractual agreements.

 

Supporting our clients and suppliers, you'll handle user requests and issues, maintaining user accounts and relationships in key business systems such as CRM, SharePoint and other web-based portals. You'll also identify, develop, promote and support opportunities to improve service delivery. 

  

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to join our team, providing IT support to our field based business. 

Skills & Experience
Ideally, you've got a working knowledge of web applications and demonstrable experience of SharePoint, systems administration and troubleshooting as well as experience using CRM applications. We will teach you everything you need to know about our business and what we do in order to be successful in this role, but an enthusiasm for investigating problems and finding solutions to them is key.
 
You've got experience working in an support role, providing fast and accurate service to multiple internal and external stakeholders. 
    
Some working-hours flexibility may be required to ensure that key deliverables are published on time and of acceptable quality.
