Service Delivery Analyst

The Role & Key Responsibilities

The Service Delivery Analyst is responsible for the maintenance and operation of critical business systems and processes within ABSustain. This role includes managing critical business data,producing key reports and resolving user issues and requests.


This role acts as the technical service and triage for internal and external customers and covers the scope of the wider AB Sustain business to enable and maintain critical IT operations. You'll be responsible for the upkeep and configuration of key business systems such as CRM, SharePoint and other web-based applications. You'll also identify, develop, promote and support opportunities to improve service delivery. 

This role is offered on a fixed term to permanent basis in an exciting area of our business. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to join our team, providing IT support to our field based business.
Skills & Experience

We will teach you everything you need to know about our business and what we do in order to be successful in this role, but an enthusiasm for investigating problems and finding solutions to them is key. The following skills and experience are required:

  • Demonstrable experience of troubleshooting issues within a systems support environment.
  •  Enthusiasm for a role in IT and an inquisitive nature to solve problems.
  •  Experience in a system administration role
  •  A working knowledge of web applications such as SharePoint and Dynamics 365.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications
  • Confident in a customer support role with the ability to communicate with internal and external users
  •  Ability to prioritise and organise a dynamic workload for multiple internal and external stakeholders

 Some working-hours flexibility may be required to ensure that key deliverables are published on time and of acceptable quality.
