Customer Service Coordinator - 12 month Fixed Term Contract

The Role & Key Responsibilities
An exiting opportunity has arisen for a  driven and passionate Customer Service Coordinator  to join our team in Peterborough. Our customer service team in Peterborough are responsible for processing orders from our Wholesale customers.
  
This include inputting and managing customer orders, ensuring trading compliance, coordinating activity with other departments, and ensuring excellent communication with customers at all times via telephone and e-mail.
 
We are looking to employ someone on a 12 month fixed term basis who wants to join a fast paced and friendly team. There may be an opportunity for the to also become a permanent role in the future.
Skills & Experience
As Customer Service Coordinator, you will be expected to have the following skills, knowledge and experiences.
  • An excellent telephone manner
  • The ability to work at pace with excellent attention to detail
  • A team-centric attitude, with excellent customer service experience
  • A collaborative approach, and with curiosity to ask questions to lead to efficiencies
  • Previous knowledge of the animal feed sector, and use of the system AX would be advantageous but not essential
