The Role & Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Advisor  |  Location: Home based / Flexible - some travel to Peterborough HQ and other sites may be required when travel restrictions lifted.

We currently operate a manager led recruitment model and are looking to bring in experienced Recruitment Advisors’ who can work with the Talent Acquisition Manager to help us move towards a direct sourcing and inhouse recruitment model that creates excellent recruitment experiences for candidates, managers and HR teams. 

A truly engaging recruiter with the ability to establish rapport quickly, engage stakeholders and develop trusting relationships you will be a brand ambassador, demonstrating our values in interactions with everyone you meet.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across AB Agri.
  • Direct source the best candidates.
  • Deliver an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience.
  • Deliver results. Mitigating recruitment spend, achieving direct hire and quality of hire KPIs.
  • Provide advice and guidance to everyone involved with hiring and onboarding.
  • Be involved in recruitment projects.
We’re looking for someone who has:
 
  • Experience working in a fast-paced internal recruitment role or recruitment agency.
  • Experience of candidate attraction using multiple search methodologies and channels.
  • Proven experience identifying and attracting candidates for niche and key skill set vacancies.
  • Great stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
  • A good understanding of employment law relating to recruitment and selection.
  • Experience recruiting for roles internationally is advantageous.
