Job Title: Finance Business Partner - Feed Ingredients

Location: Peterborough, UK

The Finance Business Partner role is a key position within the Feed Ingredients Finance team, working with the Feed Ingredients Sales and Category teams providing financial tools, analysis and insight to challenge their thinking and support them in driving the business forward.
   
Your responsibilities will include: 
  • Supporting the Sales teams providing effective commercial processes or initiating change to ensure key commercial goals and financial targets are met while understanding market trends
  • Leading the business's annual budget and quarterly forecast processes
  • Timely and accurate British Sugar products P&L and Balance Sheet reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and analysis and insight
  • Building partnerships and strong relationships with senior managers and their teams and provide financial support to assist with commercial decision making
  • Improve the impact, and understanding, of financial reporting on business performance
  • Challenge current ways of working, driving effectiveness and cost savings where possible

About you: 

  • Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) with a demonstrable track record of finance business partnering experience
  • Capable of building strong relationships across the business
  • Strong desire to succeed and drive the business forward
  •  Able to challenge in a constructive manner
  • Logical, commercially astute approach to solving business problems and an eye for detail
  • Able to implement change
