The Role & Key Responsibilities

Job Title: Internal Communications Manager / Employee Experience Partner

Location: Hybrid - Homeworking and Peterborough office

Reporting to the Global People Experience Lead this key role will partner with the wider HR team and Central functions to develop and implement employee engagement and internal communication strategies, programmes and experiences across the global AB Agri businesses.

 

About you: 

As a key member of this new team, you’ll have the opportunity to shape and enhance the people experience using data and insights to inform focus areas that align with key organisational priorities. You’ll be passionate about putting people at the centre of everything you do and work collaboratively with key stakeholders to help the business create the change needed to build a more engaged and inclusive organisation globally.

You’ll have an in-depth understanding of employee engagement and communications best practice, delivered within a complex global business model. And a proven track record of communicating effective, brand-aligned and engaging messages across a range of communication channels, and the ability to report and analyse the impact of activities and campaigns.

 

How you will do this: 

  • Drive strategic employee engagement and internal communication projects
  • Own the day-to-day management of central employee communications campaigns
  • Create engaging content that will connect and inspire our people across a range of channels
  • Provide communications support across the business, coaching stakeholders in the effective delivery of departmental communications and engagement activities
  • Report and analyse employee engagement results at a central AB Agri level using our employee Pulse survey tool, and lead on initiatives that encourage engagement and participation
  • Lead on the organisation and coordination of internal colleague events i.e. AgriFest
  • Support with CEO messaging, HR communications, regular business updates, newsletters and other internal business communications
  • Manage delivery of communications related to significant business changes (i.e. acquisitions) across relevant channels
