The Role & Key Responsibilities

Job Title: B2B Account Manager – Trident  

Location: Hybrid – Peterborough and Home working

Contract: Full time, Permanent

Are you an experienced Account Manager with good knowledge of the agricultural industry and understanding of ruminant key market drivers? If you are looking for a role working with an expert, small friendly team, lots of development opportunities and working with one of the most established brands in the UK & Ireland Feed Industry then this could be the role for you.

Working the National Sales Manager, Regional Sales Managers and Product Managers you will deliver the B2B commercial plan.  You’ll build upon existing opportunities and relationships and develop and promote new co-product streams.

Annually the team market over 1 million tonnes of Co Products throughout the UK & Ireland.  Your role will be to maintain and grow in excess of 200k tonnes of co-product through an established B2B customer network.

Skills and experience that will help you succeed:

  • Good knowledge of the agricultural industry with an understanding of ruminant key market drivers and supply chains to the customer.
  • Demonstrable experience of forging effective communication networks.
  • Understanding of pricing and the variables that influence it, including raw material markets and matrix values.

The role will require variable working hours and possibly national travel. A full UK driving licence is also an essential requirement of the role.
