The Role & Key Responsibilities

Job Title: Danish Speaking Installation and Support Technician (Feedlync)

Location: UK home based role, with regular travel to farm customers on average 2 - 3 days per week.

Do you have an interest in agriculture with good customer service skills? Are you multilingual with fluent Danish, looking to use your language skills in a professional environment? If so this is a great opportunity to join our small yet expanding Feedlync team, a growing business within the international dairy tech space.

This role will be really varied and will include going out to meet our on farm customers to install cloud based technology for them, this is a fairly straight forward process that may include following set up instructions, plug and play and gateway wiring to set up customer accounts on a tablet and linking the technology. You will also deal with customer support surrounding this type of equipment and deal with any queries the customers may have with regard to their service and providing solutions which will involve liaising with tech specialists internally when needed. 

In this role you need to be fluent in English and Danish languages so that you can support customers in both regions providing first class customer service and 1st line tech support queries. You do not need previous experience in Tech support, we can provide full training.     

What you'll be doing:

Product Support;

  • Answer customer calls, email-cases and inbound message inquiries
  • Handle incidents and escalated issues with internal staff and third parties
  • Focus on first level resolution in real-time, and work through more complex cases with the broader team and ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to performance measurement with timely and accurate ticket logging.

Service Installation/Transition;

  • Support & monitor customer onboarding, including installing the hardware, scheduled follow up calls and training for customer success and early life support. 
  • Support & monitor the transition to business as usual for the customer
  • Ensure processes and procedures are followed and maintained and suggest process improvements where possible. 

What you'll bring:

  • Fluent spoken and written English and Danish.  
  • Previous experience of working in a customer support/service role ideally with experience of maintaining support over several platforms including telephone, email, web chat etc.
  • IT proficient with experience of MS office including Outlook and excel, ideally with experience or the ability to learn bespoke systems and software.
  • Customer focused with the ability to understand different views – our products feed and manage animals on working farms.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
