Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours, Monday – Friday)
Overtime: Available, including bank holidays

About the Role:
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, primarily farmers, when they place orders or have queries.
This role requires someone who is comfortable working with numbers, understands the importance of accurate data entry, and can confidently communicate across various channels.
Responsibilities: – Not limited too
- Handling multiple systems and platforms simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Interpreting data, solving problems, and planning effectively to meet customer needs.
- Taking and processing orders using our internal systems.
- Ensuring consistent communication internally and externally to keep everyone informed about order statuses.

What We’re Looking For
- Technical Skills: Experience with multiple systems simultaneously Great ability to interpret data and a clear approach to problem-solving.
- Communication Skills: Confident in speaking on the phone, over email, and through other communication tools.
- Numeracy: Comfortable working with numbers, with a good understanding of the importance of accurate data entry.
- Customer Service: Prior experience in a customer-facing role is desirable. You should be self-motivated with effective customer service skills and for building relationships.
