 Role: Sales Order Processing Operative

 Location: Monmouth,  UK

Contract & Shift details: Six-month fixed term contract – Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week onsite.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Sales Order Processor to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

You’ll be responsible for processing sales orders through Sage, ensuring timely dispatch to our warehouse, and assisting with end-of-day tasks like stock transfers and dispatches.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming orders via email and phone.
  • Address warehouse issues as they arise.
  • Potentially assist with customer complaints and stock takes.
  • Be a key player as we implement a new ERP system.

About you:

We don’t require specific qualifications or technical skills. What we do need is someone with:

  • A friendly and clear phone manner (this is our top priority!).
  • A skill for delivering excellent customer service.
  • The ability to work as part of a team and adapt to changing situations.
