Key Responsibilities:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at AB Neo, you will be the main motivation behind our online success. From overseeing administrative tasks to engaging our audience through captivating email campaigns and ensuring our website's excellence, your role is vital to our digital marketing endeavours.

  • Craft innovative digital campaigns in collaboration with our Global Marketing Team, spanning email, social media, SEO, SEM, and digital ads.
  • Take charge of our social media activities to ensure impactful online engagement through strategic content creation and posting.
  • Support the setup and optimization of Google Ads and paid social media campaigns to ensure maximum reach and effectiveness.
  • Plan and develop engaging digital events, including webinars and online workshops, to connect with our audience and build brand awareness.
  • Contribute to the implementation and enhancement of marketing automation and CRM strategies to streamline processes for greater efficiency.
  • Assist in recruitment and employer brand campaigns, reinforcing AB Neo as an employer of choice in the industry.
  • Dive into marketing analytics to provide valuable insights for continual improvement and strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor and analyse competitor digital activities, sharing key insights with our team to stay ahead of the curve.

  

 

Your Profile:

As a self-starter with high project management skills, you thrive in fast-paced environments, taking initiative and propelling projects forward with finesse. Your adeptness at forging connections and collaborating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders makes you a solid relationship builder, ensuring seamless collaboration and fruitful partnerships in every endeavour.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or Business: A solid educational foundation focused on marketing excellence.
  • 2-3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience: Proven skills in implementing effective campaigns across various digital channels.
  • Advanced English writing skills: Ability to craft compelling copy that resonates with our global audience.
  • Digital marketing expertise: Proficiency in SEO, website management, social media, Google Ads, and marketing analytics.
  • Analytical mindset: Adept at interpreting data and making data-driven decisions to improve results.
  • Fluent English, additional languages will be an asset: Effective communication across diverse teams and markets.

 

Location

The position is primarily remote, with occasional travel to facility and other AB Neo sites.
