As a Senior Dairy Economist, you will lead research and consulting efforts in the dairy farming sector. Your focus will be on developing data-driven products and services, managing international consulting projects, and conducting economic impact analyses for our global clients.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing international B2B consulting projects in dairy farming.
- Developing and expanding data services, including economic impact analysis of technology and policy investments.
- Creating and maintaining databases and analytical models.
- Conducting dairy farm and market analysis, delivering workshops, presentations, and international events.
- Collaborating with research partners and business clients across the globe.

- PhD/MSc in agriculture, dairy science, agricultural economics, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of global dairy production systems and practical experience on dairy farms.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience managing large datasets.
- Skills in statistical data analysis, data management, and complex problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills, intercultural competence, and fluency in English.
- Willingness to travel internationally and flexibility in working hours.
Location
This role is based in Kiel, Germany, the role requires presence in the office 3 to 4 times a week.
