Job title: Customer Support Analyst

Location: Home-based
Contract: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week

Some key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and web chat.
  • Troubleshooting issues and managing escalations with internal teams and third parties.
  • Supporting customer onboarding and training for our farm technology systems.
  • Monitoring performance, logging tickets accurately, and achieving SLA/KPI targets.
  • Collaborating with sales, marketing, and technical teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Advanced German level (B2/C1)
  • Customer support experience across various platforms.
  •  High IT proficiency (MS Office, bespoke systems).
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A customer-focused mindset with empathy for farming professionals.
