Job Title: Weekend Warehouse Operative

Location: Fradley Park, Litchfield, Staffordshire, UK

Contract and Shift details: We are primarily recruiting for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts from 6am to 6pm, though other shift options are also available. Additional information will be requested as part of the application process.

Salary: £27,378–£30,422 (inclusive of shift allowance)

Annual Bonus: Up to 5%

Breaks: 30 minutes paid + 30 minutes unpaid.

As a Weekend Warehouse Operative, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the efficient handling, storage, and dispatch of our products. You’ll support production activities, uphold safety and quality standards, and meet our customers' high expectations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Inspect and record incoming goods.
• Organise and store stock efficiently.
• Accurately pick and pack products for dispatch
• Conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy.
• Weigh and prepare ingredients with precision.
• Safely operate production line equipment and report faults promptly.
• Monitor production processes and perform quality checks.
• Maintain clean and safe workspaces.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.

What We’re Looking For:

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Experience in manufacturing or a warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of workplace safety regulations.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Forklift License
