Job Title: QC Assistant

We are looking for a Quality Control (QC) Assistant to join our team in Videbæk, Denmark on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role covers for a Quality Coordinator and makes sure our raw materials and finished products meet high-quality standards. You will work with samples before, during, and after production, perform tests, and check results.
This is a great chance to gain practical experience in a real lab. You’ll work closely with a small and friendly team that supports each other. You’ll perform tasks like testing samples, checking raw materials, preparing reports, and supporting audits. If you’ve worked in a lab before or have lab skills, and enjoy teamwork and quality work, this role could be ideal for you.
Some key responsibilities will include:
- Measurement of raw materials and finished products on NIR.
- Receive milk raw materials correctly/check trade documents.
- Perform OPL and precipitate on relevant samples.
- Data management and receipt of raw materials.
- Maintenance of the NIR DS2500.
- Stability test. Submission of samples and registration of results.
- Prepare, organize and conduct organoleptic testing.
