  • Job Title: Business Manager
     
    Location: Philippines / remote working 
      
    Do you have experience of driving business growth? Do you enjoy building relationships within the Agricultural/veterinary industry that supports business objectives? This role is critical for driving significant growth and strengthening our market position in the Philippines.
     
    As our Business Manager you will be the key architect of our sales success, directly responsible for achieving revenue targets and cultivating robust relationships with our valued customers and distributors.
     
    By acting as the primary point of contact, you will not only secure immediate sales but also gather vital market intelligence. This insight, combined with close collaboration with the ASPAC Technical team and other stakeholders, will directly shape our strategic approach for the Philippine market, ensuring we consistently meet and exceed our business objectives.
     
    What you be doing: 
     
    • Accountable for sales performance in the Philippines, prioritising opportunities.
    • Provide commercial, technical, and marketing support to key customers and distributors.
    • Coordinate, monitor, and support distributor sales force activities.
    • Serve as the main interface for day-to-day business with customers and distributors.
    • Contribute to and support the implementation of pricing policies.
    • Manage and coordinate rebates, informed planning, and forecasting.
    • Provide market and customer feedback to guide sales strategy and R&D innovation.
    • Participate in setting objectives and executing sales, technical, and marketing plans.
     
    What you will bring: 
     
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Fluent written and spoken English.
    • Bachelor’s Degree in agriculture or Veterinary.
    • Experience in Agriculture or Veterinary related industry.
    • Good understanding of feed and livestock industry with a proven track of accomplishments in animal nutrition or feed additives/ingredients industries in Philippines market.
    • Organised, flexible, self-motivated and ambitious.
    • Experience working in an international team.
