Job Title: Product Coordinator

Working Days & Hours: – Monday – Friday – 37.5 hours per week

Occasional travel to our Sherburn in Elmet and/or Peterborough sites will be necessary.
About the role
As a Product Coordinator at KW Feeds part of AB Agri, you will play a vital role within our Blends team, supporting both stock control and customer service functions.
You will be responsible for order processing, and stock movements.
You will work closely with product specialists, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth coordination of orders and accurate stock management.
This role requires a keen eye for detail, effective communication skills, and an engaged, team-oriented approach.
This position offers a valuable chance for individuals looking to develop their skills, collaborate with others, and engage with various aspects of the supply chain and product management.
What you'll be doing
- Process customer orders efficiently, entering data accurately into internal systems and coordinating order fulfilment.
- Support the customer service team by handling contract inputs and order management tasks.
- Collaborate with product specialists, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth handover and delivery of products.
- Assist in training and developing knowledge of stock management and logistics processes under the guidance of experienced team members.
- Manage stock control activities, ensuring accurate tracking and recording of inventory movements.
What we're looking for
- Experience in customer service, stock control, or logistics, with some exposure to order management or supply chain processes.
- Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to accurately manage data and avoid costly errors, especially in stock and contract information.
- Good computer literacy and confidence using standard office software; willingness to learn company-specific systems.
- Effective communication skills, comfortable making phone calls and liaising with multiple teams including sales, logistics, and quality assurance.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills, with an openness to progress into different areas such as logistics, stock management, or product specialisation.
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment, with occasional travel to offices in Sherburn or Peterborough as needed.
