About the Role
Are you detail‑oriented, proficient with Excel, and keen to grow your skills in data and reporting?
As a Data Coordinator at AB Agri / Kite, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy of farm and financial data that underpins our consultancy projects.
Around 75% of your time will be spent on entering and checking important data in our systems, while the remaining 25% will give you the chance to contribute to projects, develop reporting tools, and explore new insights.
This balance makes the role ideal for someone who enjoys structured tasks but also wants opportunities to gain experience and grow.
You’ll collaborate closely with consultants, team leads, and clients, ensuring data is captured correctly, validated against key principles, and turned into clear reports that support critical business decisions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Accurately enter, check, and update farm and financial data to support consultancy projects.
- Use Excel to manage data, apply formulas, filters, and pivot tables, and prepare clear reports.
- Manage high volumes of routine data entry with precision and consistency.
- Support the development of reporting tools and dashboards, with the chance to build Power BI skills.
- Liaise with consultants, clients, and colleagues to resolve queries and ensure data completeness.
- Prepare and share professional reports and summaries for internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.
- Work in a hybrid pattern – more office‑based during training, then a mix of office and remote working.
What We’re Looking For
- Proficient working knowledge of Excel (intermediate level essential).
- Interest in developing skills in Power BI (advantageous but not essential).
- Ability to manage and reconcile numerical data with accuracy.
- Background in data administration, accounts, financial data handling, or office‑based coordination.
- Effective communication skills to liaise professionally with consultants, farmers, and colleagues.
- Fluent English and the ability to travel regularly to the Stafford office (driving licence and transport required).
