Job Title: Change & Communications Analyst
Location: Peterborough (Hybrid)

We’re looking for a Change & Communications Analyst to work as part of a Change Management and Training team to support the delivery of key technology and business transformation projects. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in helping to ensure employees understand, accept, and adopt change effectively.
As part of our Project Enterprise team, you’ll support the development of clear, impactful communications and training materials, as well as supporting change management initiatives to build employees understanding and acceptance of the changes. What you'll be doing:
- Collaborate as part of the Change Management team to identify of change impacts and risks in effected audiences and integrate findings into tactical change management actions and the training plans to help prepare employees and mitigate change risks.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts to document business processes in support of impact assessment and training materials preparation.
- Support the assessment of people readiness by applying readiness frameworks, metrics and measures to track the preparedness of impacted audiences.
- Support the conducting of learning needs assessments to identify learners’ needs.
- Assist in the creation of learning curricular, learning libraries and course information.
- Update the learning content.
- Support the scheduling of learning programmes for impacted audiences
- Collaborate on the planning and arrangement of learning groups / communities of practice for the systems and processes associated with the project’s scope.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders and employees to assess the effectiveness of learning delivery and attainment, and in the adjustment of training to address gaps in learning and proficiency.
- Assist with the tracking of people readiness and change adoption reporting by contributing to the development of reporting capabilities and providing learning related data to support reporting.
What you'll bring:
- Experience in communications, change management, business analysis or in a related field e.g., organisational development or learning and development.
- An understanding of change management frameworks and methodologies e.g., Prosci's, ADKAR.
- Prosci Certification is an asset.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging content.
- Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms e.g., SharePoint, Viva Engage (Yammer), etc.).
- Proficiency in reporting tools and report development e.g. PowerBI.
- Experience in internal communications within a corporate environment.
- Experience with documenting business processes.
- Familiarity with project management tools e.g. ADO / DevOps.
- Ability to travel to various UK and European sites from time-to-time.

Location
Hybrid, a mix of office and homeworking. This role will be based at our Peterborough offices on the Lynchwood Business Park. The office has recently been renovated and along with a modern work environment has great public transport links, free onsite parking, free drink facilities, free lunch option each day and a great team culture. This role will require periods of travel both within the UK and Europe.
