Kickstart Your Career. Make an Impact. Shape the Future of Farming.
At Kite Consulting, we help dairy farmers across the UK unlock the potential of their businesses.
Now, we’re looking for ambitious, motivated individuals to join us!
No extensive experience needed — just the right mindset, energy, and a passion to learn.
What the role involves:
This role is your first step into consultancy. You’ll work alongside experienced advisors, building your knowledge of dairy farming and business performance. You’ll support farmers, develop practical skills, and start building trusted client relationships.
Over time, you’ll:
- Build strong relationships with dairy farmers and understand their business needs
- Learn how to offer technical, nutritional, and commercial advice that drives real improvements
- Support clients to improve profitability, sustainability, and operational performance
- Keep up to date with the latest dairy industry trends and technology
- Grow your own client portfolio as your knowledge and confidence develop
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for people with a positive attitude, great communication skills, and a real interest in the food, farming, or sustainability sectors. You don’t need all the answers yet — we’ll help you build the knowledge you need.
Essential:
- A strong interest in agriculture, dairy, food production, or business
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A willingness to learn, adapt, and work independently
- A UK driving licence and flexibility to travel
- Confidence using IT and analysing information
Desirable:
- A degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Business, or a related field
- Experience on a farm, within dairy production, or along the supply chain
- Knowledge of sustainability or environmental practices in agriculture
