Job Title: Quality Coordinator
Location: Monmouth, Monmouthshire, Wales
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 16:30 and Fridays 08:00 - 14:30

What You'll Be Doing:
- Allocating batch numbers and issuing labels/information to production teams
- Tracking and monitoring raw materials and finished goods to ensure shelf life and expiry compliance.
- Conducting production testing for new batches and production changes
- Collecting and managing product samples—performing basic in-house tests or sending to external labs
- Reviewing laboratory results, logging outcomes, and escalating issues when required
- Supporting or conducting internal audits and stock checks
- Maintaining accurate records, managing archives, and supporting general quality administration
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a Production, Laboratory, or Quality environment (desirable but not essential)
- High level of attention to detail and a methodical approach to data entry and record-keeping
- Comfortable following set procedures and quality protocols
- Prof IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word
