As a Customer Research and Insight Manager at AB Vista, you will be a key support for the global and regional marketing teams by collecting and analysing customer and market data. This role is a crucial part of the global marketing team and will involve managing and interpreting customer insights to inform strategic decisions. Your skills in data management, proficiency with tools like Excel and Power BI, and effective communication abilities will be essential for delivering actionable insights that focus on enhancing business growth.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing an integrated market insight and customer-relationship management platform (Market Vision/D365 CE).
- Supporting market leads and product teams in gathering, analysing, and interpreting market data for strategic business planning.
- Carrying out customer market research projects in line with company strategies and objectives.
- Managing and developing Power BI dashboards for market analysis.
- Supporting market leads and product teams with competitor activity analysis.
- Managing and evaluating vendors to ensure quality marketing research and reports that provide value for money.
What you'll bring:
- A bachelor’s degree in animal science, marketing, business, or a related field, with relevant experience in market insight, customer research, or marketing roles within the animal feed, agricultural, or biotechnology industries..
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an advanced level is essential; experience with Power BI and CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly desirable.
- Several years of experience in a market insights, marketing or animal nutrition sector role
- Data driven with the ability to manage complex datasets and integration of market data with other business data
- Fluent English communication skills are essential
