Role / Shift: Permanent – Monday to Friday – 37 hours per week (Will be flexible)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Area Service Manager to develop customer relationships and service provision within a defined area. This home-based role requires travel and involves regular interaction with customers, ensuring they receive the highest quality service and support.
Key responsibilities: (not limited to)
- Conduct regular customer service reviews based on customer segments.
- Continuously improve customer touchpoints.
- Build and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Provide training and support to customers on our products and services.
- Ensure efficient service delivery within the defined area, meeting performance standards.
- Use Area Coordinators and self-employed milk recorders and samplers to provide services.
- Work towards various KPIs to ensure high data quality Promote NMR and assist at local and national events, such as shows and farm walks.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of NMR products and services and stay informed about the wider industry.
About you:
- Effective relationship and management skills
- A keen interest in agriculture and/or farming (desirable)
- Ability to manage own time effectively, and able to work flexible hours is necessary.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Previous account management experience (desirable)
- Fully PC literate
- Milk recording and sampling experience (desirable)
Additional Information:
- Home-based role with flexible weekly hours to accommodate early morning starts, late evenings, and customer milking patterns.
- The role requires significant driving; candidates will be located within the area and have a UK Full Valid Driving Licence
