Job Title: Mill Operative
Location: Flixborough, North Lincolnshire, UK
Contract and Shift details: Permanent Contract,
- Week 1 – Monday – Tuesday Days 6am-6pm, Wednesday - Friday Nights 6pm - 6am
- Week 2 – Tuesday - Saturday Days 6am-6pm
- Week 3 – Sunday - Tuesday Nights 6pm - 6am

The Mill Operator has an important part in supporting the mill operations process, contributing directly to the achievement of business goals, and ensuring feed safety and health standards are maintained.
Main Purpose:
Conduct various tasks including raw material intake, bulk out loading, pressing, blending, additives preparation, and hygiene maintenance to maximise efficiency, service, and feed consistency.
Responsibilities:
- Weigh and load finished product lorries with the correct feed types, conducting quality checks.
- Maintain required hygiene levels in the mill.
- Weigh raw material vehicles in and out of site, ensuring quality checks and proper routing.
- Prepare and supply hand-tip additions for blending.
- Conduct stock checks and perform press and blending operations when required.
- Undertake swabbing and sampling processes.
About you:
- Prior experience in food/agricultural/production environments
- Working with automated plant machinery
- Feed mill experience (Desirable)
- FLT License (Desirable)
