Job Title: Export Order Administrator
Location: Monmouth, Monmouthshire, UK
Contract: Permanent / Full Time (Monday – Friday) 38 hours per week - Early Finish on Fridays

We have an opening for an export order administrator in fast growing area of the Global Supplements division of AB Agri, based at our head office in Monmouth. The role holder will work within a small team ensuring our products arrive at our international customers on time and hassle free.

Key Responsibilities:
- Order Processing – Acknowledge and process export orders from initiation to completion.
- Consult with export dispatch and third-party providers to ensure timely order to fulfilment.
- Obtain and issue necessary shipping documents, including Dangerous Goods notes.
- Arrange transport and function as the main contact for freight forwarders.
- Communicate with customers to establish suitable delivery dates, adhering to booking procedures.
- File documents meticulously for HMRC audits, perform check on export declarations.
- Address customer order and invoice queries promptly and professionally
About you:
- Solid Administration skills / experience
- Basic experience in a customer service environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel especially
- High level of attention to details
