What you'll bring:
- Senior commercial leadership experience in the North American animal nutrition or feed additives market, with a strong track record of driving sustainable sales and profit growth in monogastric species (poultry and/or swine).
- Deep understanding of the US (and ideally Canadian) livestock feed market, customer landscape, and routes to market, with experience managing multi-product portfolios.
- Proven success launching and scaling new technologies or products in animal nutrition or animal health, such as gut health or microbiome solutions.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to manage pricing, margins, and business cases using data-driven insights.
- Excellent stakeholder and people skills, able to lead cross-functional collaboration across technical, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams and build credibility with customers at all levels.
- Comfortable working remotely across a large geography, with the resilience and flexibility to travel extensively across North America (50–70%).
