Job Title: Senior Brand Manager

We are excited to be recruiting a Senior Brand Manager to join our team to build the next chapter of Natural VetCare — a fast-growing pet supplement brand built around proactive, happiness-led health.
You’ll be responsible for brand strategy, innovation and communications to grow demand across retail and digital channels. This position involves actively transforming insights into initiatives that generate measurable commercial impact.
What you'll be doing:
- Own brand strategy and planning to increase growth
- Develop and launch innovation & renovation projects
- Manage and optimise the product portfolio
- Deliver impactful communications and activation campaigns
- Work with sales to improve trade marketing and in-store execution
- Support events and brand representation
- Use consumer insight and data to inform decisions
- Measure outcomes and refine activities to improve ROI
What you'll bring:
- Shown capability to create and implement brand plans that support growth
- History of leading innovation and bringing new products to market
- Commercial mindset, with the ability to balance brand and profitability
- Comfortable collaborating on digital, retail, and integrated campaign initiatives
- Ownership mentality — you take initiative and deliver results
- Effective project leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to turn insight into clear, actionable plans
- Comfortable working in an evolving environment and maintaining high standards
- Appreciation for pets and commitment to animal wellbeing would be beneficial
