Job Title: Laboratory Services Representative
Location: Wolverhampton, West Midlands, Four Ashes, UK
Contract & Hours: 12-month fixed term contract, 22.5 hours per week, you would be required to work every Monday and Tuesday and every other Saturday and Sunday.
Salary: Pro Rata £15,517.63 per year.
The Role:
We are looking for a Laboratory Services Representative to join our Wolverhampton laboratory office team. This is a key customer-facing role, responsible for handling enquiries, processing NMR product orders, and supporting the efficient delivery of laboratory services across the NMR Group.
Key Responsibilities:
· Receive and process orders for NMR products, including ad hoc testing services
· Complete all associated administration accurately and efficiently
· Support and monitor the delivery of NMR services to ensure they are delivered correctly and on time
· Handle customer enquiries relating to NMR laboratory testing services
· Carry out any other reasonable tasks as directed by management
Essential Key Skills & Experience:
· Excellent telephone manner with strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Good IT skills with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
· Strong organisational skills and a self-motivated approach to work
· Ability to project a professional image to customers, colleagues and visitors
