We are seeking a Research Manager (Maternity Cover) to play a key role in our R&D team, contributing to cutting-edge enzyme matrix development and registration processes in monogastric and aquaculture species. In this role, you will lead research trials, collaborate with industry experts, and translate scientific findings into commercial success

As a Research Manager, you will lead impactful research, present and publish findings in top-tier journals and scientific forums, and work closely with cross-functional teams, including Technical, Sales, and Regulatory experts.
Some key responsibilities will include:
- Plan, manage, and report research trials to elucidate mode of action and develop supporting data for eventual sales of product once it reaches the market
- Present trial results to the scientific community through journal articles, scientific forums, and conferences.
- Support the Technical, Sales, and Regulatory teams regarding advice, customer visits, and technical presentations relating to assigned product scope

- PhD in Animal and Poultry Science, Nutrition, Physiology or Biochemistry
- Experience: Feed formulation, statistical software (SAS, JMP), wet chemistry and various feed related laboratory assays
- Postdoctoral experience: Nutrition or similar science relating to physiology or biochemistry.
- Passionate about research and animal agriculture
- Works well with colleagues and research partners
